The idea behind Consileon is to combine the best and brightest people ready to accomplish tasks often on client premises. Originally technical and analytical skills played the key role, soon however it became apparent that the capacity to lead and manage projects has become equally valued and desired by our customers. This lead to decisions that part of our services such as development, project management and IT consultancy had been gradually moved to Poland.
Experience gathered over the years has enabled us to take responsibility for whole projects. Clients value our innovative approach and accuracy of proposed solutions, as well as stability and individualism.
Since its establishment Consileon has recorded steady and systematic growth from 10 persons in 2005 to 40 persons in 2010.
