In 2011 Consileon Polska become a member of the Council for Competences of Graduates of Computer Science And Information Technology Faculty of ZUT (West Pomeranian University of Technology). Requirements of both academic and business world raised many times by it’s representatives forced ZUT to establishing the formal body for exchanging information about labor market and commonly adjusting academic learning tracks. Council considers possibility of drawing from cooperation between academics and business.

In 2010 Consileon Polska is invited by CEEOA - Central and Eastern European Outsourcing Association – to take a part in a research project 'Central and Eastern Europe IT Outsourcing Review 2010'. Consileon finds it’s place in ITOList catalogue. Taking a part in such a survey gives the chance to show off Consileon as a proven business partner as well as partner for research and development activities.

In 2009 Consileon Polska become a member of the ICT West Pomerania Cluster, in 2011 Marcin Kaczmarek – becomes a member of the Board of Directors of ICT. Both memberships not only allows Consileon to benefit from trainings strictly tailored and dedicated to IT but also to initiate common activities focused on competitiveness improvement and looking for a new customers, partners, subcontractors.
