Launching the new home page and technical blog for developers.

Beginning of fruitful cooperation with International stock company with it’s headquarter in Germany, owned by capital group set up by one of the larger Japanese GSM operator focusing on mobile technologies, providing the technical infrastructure, applications and the content. Working on systems for handling micro-payments, applications enabling in-app-payment mechanism and portals for ordering, processing and delivery of multimedia content for mobile devices or RSS publication.

Consileon Group presents ConProv – a product – application for commissions and brokerage calculation. The main responsibility of Polish team is to support business logic, provide a technical specification and architect data base and client-server part of the application. Successful implementation in the real estate and financial brokerage company and the insurance company.

Acquisition of two local business partners: insurance systems supplier and shipbuilding industry solution provider.

Consileon is being placed in ITOList – catalogue of IT outsourcing providers from Central and Eastern Europe.

Binowo Golf Park become a host for employees, partners, guests and friends of Consileon Polska for celebrating 5th anniversary of the company and Country Mansion Mierzęcin, for first company strategy meeting.

2009

Maintaining realization of projects commissioned by a German parent company – small, but prestigious project for a company from The Princley House of Liechtenstein Group, providing asset management for individuals - LGT Venture Philantrophy.

Economic depression in western markets drives the company to intensify sales operations on local market, cooperation with Polish companies on start-up projects in the field of innovative solutions for telecommunications industry.

Consileon becomes a member of ICT West Pomerania.

2008

Momentary perturbations on European markets lead the board of directors towards greater independence and diversification of revenue sources. First attempts to create a complete product solution resulted in creating a time reporting system - for both employees and subcontractors and a commissioning system.

Further acquisition of projects on the German market – project for a company from AWD group specializing in financial planning and consulting, a project for a startup company created solely for the purpose of running the www.femory.de portal, additionally a project ordered by one of the biggest car manufacturers in the world.

2007

Further growth – expansion of existing and creation of new teams capable of working in both on-site and near-shore cooperation model. Needs dictated by current projects show the necessity of staff improvements – start of training process for graduates.

Consileon acquires two key projects, one for the biggest German bank - with approx. 14 million individual customers and another for biggest suppliers of IT services for the financial sector in Germany - mainly for Software and IT services supplier for more than 400 autonomic German banks. Additionally Consileon Polska builds a team of 12 IT-engineers working simultaneously on 4 different projects realized by Itellium Services GmbH - IT supplier for the leader of retail sales market in Germany.

2006

Successful attempts of sales oriented actions on Polish market result with first project for a Polish client. It is an e-commerce dedicated for the Polish and German market – www.ebut.pl.

Acquiring new customers on the German market: a network of retail outlets in Germany, part of a capital group owning 15000 stores in 16 European countries (group which has 33 billion EUR yearly turnover and employs over 200 000 people), a company managing closed investment funds and pension funds, and Software and IT services supplier for more than 400 autonomic German banks.

Acquiring first customer from Danish market - SquareSquid.

2005

Consileon Polska Ltd. is founded, acting as a highly specialized development branch. It was founded by first two Polish employees of the German mother company - Marcin Kaczmarek and Piotr Roubo. From the beginning company took part in projects for German financial market.

The company registers dynamic growth. For performance on the projects Polish staff is held in high regard, their excellent qualifications and high adaptability enables them to fit into any project conditions.

Growing trust achieved by both: quality of performed services and work flow enables cooperation model shift from body-leasing to nearshoring or even full outsourcing. For some customers this lead to long term cooperation and multiple contracts – i.e. for German IT service provider, direct bank, mortgage broker platform.

Experiences from the German market and natural need of growth causes transfer of business know-how and work methods, creating a unique IT service provider offer on the local market.

2001

Consileon Business Consultancy is founded. In following years the company grows from a 5 person team to about 80 consultants – initially IT specialists, later business consultants. It operates on German and Swiss markets. Rate of growth and the demand for IT services causes growing interest in highly qualified staff from Eastern Europe, especially Poland and Ukraine.
