Project name:

Migration of Epiphany Outbound Marketing system, creating a copy of infrastructure and later support / maintenance with business outtasking.

Technologies:

Windows 2003 Server, MS SQL 2000/2005, advanced Windows scripting including JScript and VB, SQL/T-SLQ, Infor CRM Epiphany (Epiphany Outbound Marketing) and CME 6.5.4.3/7.1, T-Systems RVS.

Project starting point description.

Customer was not satisfied with his current utilization of Epiphany system. Data acquisition and processing procedures were not documented and very time consuming (up to 20h per day), technical support was insufficient and unsatisfactory (provided by a local company). Additional requirement was support and input, which would help to efficiently utilize the system businesswise. Customer was focused on improving processes and efficiency of direct marketing using Epiphany.

Project tasks:

System maintenance, software and data migration.

Customer required higher system efficiency. To fulfill this need migration of the system to a new hosting service was advised, all external systems were reconfigured, all Customers business processes and dependencies remained unchanged. Consileon has taken over all previous business tasks in order to continue providing and improving quality of business services.

Consileons tasks:

• migration and maintenance of Epiphany system,
• administration and control of existing architecture duplication,
• implementation of new system functionalities improving Customers business processes,
• identification of customers business needs and carrying out tasks to fulfill those needs.

Achievements:

• timely implementation of the project,
• improved usability through system modernization, implementation of new business ideas,
• implementation of more effective and cost efficient off-site cooperation model (Wolfsburg) in opposition to on-site model (Karlsruhe and Szczecin),
• efficient integration of both German and Polish teams.
