Depending on clients needs our specialists can perform their tasks at Consileon's premises (off-site model) or at Customers place (on-site model). This choice given to the Customer is not limited by team size.

We often combine both models of cooperation, starting at client side and gradually, as the project evolves, consultants are transferred back to Consileon's offices. In this way Customer feels more secure about the project and more confident about leaving it with Consileon.

Many Customers are interested in having a coordinator onsite, whom during late stages of the project is responsible for integration and testing.

All of the above form a way of cooperation which we feel is most beneficial for the Customer and help build trust in our services for future projects.
